**Job Title: Material Handler in Dayton, MN**
**All Shift Available**
**Pay $20-22/hr**
**Job Description**
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for operating a Stand-up forklift, primarily of the Crown brand, for 75% or more of your workday. You will handle products weighing up to 2000 lbs, and prepare orders for shipment using computer-generated work orders. Additionally, you will check products and load them into semi-trailers for shipment, ensuring that all shipments meet quality specifications. You will perform safety checks on various warehouse equipment, including Stand-up forklifts, man-up, and order pickers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Stand-up forklift for 75-90% of the workday.
+ Frequently jump on and off the forklift to pull, pick, and stage products.
+ Prepare orders for shipment using computer-generated work orders.
+ Check products and load them into semi-trailers for shipment.
+ Ensure that products and shipments meet quality specifications.
+ Perform safety checks on warehouse equipment, including Stand-up forklifts, man-up, and order pickers.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ months of recent experience operating a Stand-up Forklift (preferably Crown brand, but not required).
+ Comfortable reading and writing work reports for picking and pulling.
+ Comfortable working on computers.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand on feet all day in steel-toed shoes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in material handling, order picking, shipping, and warehouse operations.
+ Experience with pallet jacks and order pullers.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
