Safe, secure, and engaging solutions that benefit communities and meet player needs. **YOUR ROLE IN THE BRIGHTSTAR UNIVERSE** Based in our **Cranbury, NJ** facility, the Material Handler is responsible for safely and efficiently moving raw materials and parts using heavy and light machinery, handheld equipment, and warehouse tools. This role supports production and warehouse operations by performing accurate SAP transactions, maintaining inventory integrity, and following established workflows. The Material Handler uses basic computer applications and problem‑solving techniques to document, maintain, and improve material handling processes. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily tasks within Brightstar’s warehouse environment. + Handle materials across multiple workflow areas including receiving, picking, put‑away, bag & tag, shipping, and production support. + Complete a moderate volume of routine SAP transactions accurately and efficiently. + Investigate and resolve basic discrepancies or material issues. + Support material movement to ensure timely availability for production. **Scope** + Executes assigned, highly routine material‑handling workflows. + Applies basic problem‑solving techniques to address simple issues or deviations. + Performs tasks that impact short‑term production preparation, inventory accuracy, and material handling costs. + Actions may occasionally influence the work of other team members. + Recognizes deviations from standard procedures and is developing the ability to anticipate next steps. **Specific Accountabilities** + Perform material movement activities using proper handling techniques and safety guidelines. + Document and transact all material movements accurately and on time in SAP. + Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts or other machinery requiring internal certification. + Locate, stage, and transport materials within the assigned areas as directed. **Strategic Aspects of the Role** Through consistent execution of material handling tasks, this role directly supports the strategic goals of the manufacturing, production, and service departments by ensuring material accuracy, availability, and workflow efficiency. **YOUR BRIGHTSTAR BENEFITS** **We believe great work deserves great rewards. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $16.00 – $27.50. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
