Aerotek is Hiring for Case Pickers / Equipment Operators

Location: Clifton, NJ

We’re hiring motivated warehouse associates to support a high‑volume distribution environment. This role is ideal for operators who want steady hours, long‑term growth, and the chance to work with a strong, safety‑driven team.

What You’ll Do:

Operate material handling equipmentPick and stage cases using RF scannersMaintain 99%+ picking accuracy and meet productivity goalsWork safely in cold or ambient warehouse zonesSupport inventory accuracy and report equipment issues

What We’re Looking For:

3+ months of recent equipment experienceAbility to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jack.Ability to lift 50+ lbsAble to pass written test in EnglishReliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting

Nice to Have:

Forklift/reach truck certificationExperience in distribution or high‑volume warehouses

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
