As a Material Handler, you’ll ensure our production lines stay supplied, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with team leads in both the paint and assembly departments, becoming an essential part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

What You’ll DoKeep production lines running by delivering and removing materials efficientlyPartner with paint and assembly leads to support their daily needsOperate forklifts to move parts from storage to productionNavigate the production floor using carts and pallet jacksAssist fellow material handlers and support the paint unload teamPerform inventory transactions using handheld RF scannersWhat You BringExperience in material handling, inventory, or part picking (preferred)Familiarity with RF scanning devicesClear communication skills in EnglishBasic math skills for counting and tracking materialsStrong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to thrive independently in a fast‑paced team settingPhysical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stay active throughout 8–12 hour shiftsComfort with bending, reaching, kneeling, and other physical tasksBonus SkillsPrevious experience in a similar roleAbility to operate powered equipmentWhy You’ll Love Working Here

You’ll be part of a hands‑on manufacturing setting. While the paint department is air‑conditioned during painting operations, much of the role involves moving materials in the fabrication area, which can get warm—especially in summer. If you enjoy staying active and don’t mind a warm environment, you’ll feel right at home.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $22.70/hr.
