Material Handler
Job Title: Material HandlerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with a variety of materials, ensuring they are moved efficiently and safely within the facility. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow into operator or lead/supervisor roles over time.

ResponsibilitiesWork according to work orders or follow oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved or delivered.Drill materials and clean poles as required, demonstrating flexibility in various tasks.Load and unload materials manually onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.Measure materials precisely, down to 1/16 of an inch, for the burn table.Move products to chip bins and trash containers as needed.Essential SkillsMaterial handling experience, particularly with large industrial materials.Experience in using an overhead crane.Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Adherence to safety guidelines and safe working habits.Additional Skills & QualificationsMachine operation experience is preferred for future roles.High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The work schedule includes shifts from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 am to 2:30 am, with a shift differential provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
