Material Handler
Load Builder Material Handler

Location: Nampa, ID

Pay: $17 / HR

Key Responsibilities:

Pack finished and wrapped products in cardboard, wooden boxes, cartons, or other containers for shipment or storage.Arrange articles in containers using appropriate packing materials to prevent breakage or damage.Check all shipping, receiving, and material control paperwork for accuracy and completeness.Receive incoming materials into the stockroom and maintain computerized records by verifying and posting information.Prepare and process various company and departmental forms using standard office equipment and personal computer.Issue materials to the shop floor promptly and courteously.Provide assistance and support to all department team members with material issues, shipping, receiving, and stockroom requirements.Identify carriers, calculate freight charges, and schedule carrier pick-ups.Administer materials and commodities from receipt of goods to factory issuance, including inventory control, kitting, and shipping.Manage production and non-production material stores, ensuring packaging, storage, count, and traceability by serial/part number.Store and track customer-furnished equipment and materials.Count and sort incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices.Store articles in bins, on the floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, or type.Fill orders or issue supplies from stock and maintain inventory records.Determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location considering environmental and space factors.Perform other duties as assigned while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience with soldering, assembly, and electronic assembly.Familiarity with ERP systems and RF scanners.Strong skills in inventory management and material handling.

Shift:

Day Shift: 8am-4:30pm, M-F

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
