Our client, a dynamic logistics provider, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting various warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Peabody, MA (will possibly be needed in Salem, NH at the end of the assignment)

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM with every other Friday off.

NOTE: this is a temporary project through the end of January but with possibility of being extended or turned into a temp to perm position. 

What's the Job?

Organize and store items in designated locations, maintaining a neat and efficient warehouse. Maintain accurate records of received items, including quantities and locations. Monitor inventory levels and movements, ensuring everything is accounted for. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to resolve discrepancies. Operate material handling equipment as needed  

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail (accuracy is critical for this role). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to understand instructions, listen actively, and communicate clearly. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50lbs.
