\n\t\t\t\t\tThe material handler candidate will perform a number of tasks related to the manufacturing and assembly of car wash components. There are currently two positions open on the team - see below for details: (1-2 month project that could be longer)\n\nPosition 1:\nPackaging parts from roll-off\nLabeling packages accurately based on ground vs express shipping\nPull parts to pack by hand and potentially use a forklift\nRF Scanner may be used to track shipments within the facility\nBuild crates to be used in shipping parts\nPostition 2:\nPulling parts for the pack line (listed above) mainly.\nWork in warehouse to pull parts to then be sent down the roll-off for packaging/labeling and then sent off to customer\nPending on the size of part, will utilize carts as well as forklifts for larger parts to pull product and take to packing line.\n\nOther general duties in this department may include:\nMove inventory and materials across facilities \nProcess inventory for delivery \nPick, pack, and ship products \nSort, organize and store inventory in the proper location\nPackage items and label correctly \nScan delivered items and ensure quality\nReport damaged or missing inventory to supervisors\nStack and organize large bulk items\nRemove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location\nUpdate logs and documentation for inventory processing\nMove materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations\nWear safety gear at all times Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory\nEnsure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles\nWork as an active team member to complete team goals\nPrepare documentation and inventory for audit\n\nThey will physically move parts around – lifting up to 25-50 lbs, standing or walking about 90% of time on the clock\nUse a scanner to enter data for transactions (with training)\nHelping assemble warehouse racking. MUST be comfortable walking several miles a day.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.50/hr.
