As a Material Handler, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—making sure every department has what they need to keep building high‑quality products. You’ll work closely with our paint and assembly teams, operate equipment, and help keep our workflow running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Keep production lines stocked by delivering parts and removing materialsWork directly with paint and assembly leads to support their daily needsOperate a forklift to pull parts from shelves and deliver them to the lineMove products using carts and pallet jacks across the production floorSupport fellow material handlers and occasionally assist on the assembly lineHelp organize units with the paint unload teamUse handheld scanners to complete inventory transactions

What You Bring

Experience in material handling, inventory, or part pickingComfort using RF scannersClear communication skillsBasic math skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work independently while staying connected to a teamPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stay active throughout an 8–12 hour shiftExperience with powered equipment is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $22.70/hr.
