We’re looking for a flexible, motivated Material Handler to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations—helping move, store, and ship products efficiently. Every day brings something new, from operating forklifts and pallet jacks to managing inventory with RF scanners. What You’ll Do✅ Pick and pack items using pick sheets📲 Manage inventory with RF scanners📦 Build pallets and prepare shipments🚚 Operate pallet jacks and drive trucks (reach, stand-up, sit-down, tuggers)📤 Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently🖥 Support shipping/receiving with ERP systems like EpicoreWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a warehouse environmentFlexibility to adapt to different departments daily1+ year of forklift experience (preferred)Ability to cross-train with production teamsBasic computer skillsWhy You’ll Love Working Here

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
