**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** A leading manufacturer in the Eastern Indianapolis region is seeking multiple Material Handlers for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role requires working in two key departments: Conveyance and Shipping. **Responsibilities** + Pull, pack, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with a target of 1,000 boxes per person per shift. + Utilize electric and manual pallet jacks, as well as tuggers, to transport carts loaded with materials. + Operate a sit-down forklift occasionally to move palletized products. + Physically push carts filled with containers, with each cart containing 72 containers, approximately 10 times per day. + Use RF scanners to track inventory accurately. + Weigh and package products according to customer specifications. + Ensure proper documentation of materials and batch numbers in compliance with guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Experience with material-handling equipment such as forklifts and tuggers. + Familiarity with inventory management and order picking. + Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a warehouse environment. + Experience as a Tugger Operator or Order Selector. + Consistent work history with at least 1+ year per job. **Available Shifts & Pay** + 2nd shift: 2:30PM to 11:00PM Monday through Friday // **$22** + 3rd shift: 10:30PM to 7:00AM Sunday through Thursday // **$23** + The training process is extensive, lasting approximately 12-15 weeks on 1st shift, before transitioning to the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift. + Shift hours for training are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where comprehensive training is prioritized through our on-site Global Training Center.
