We are seeking a Material Handler to assist in the shipping and receiving area. This role involves organizing products, utilizing computers and shipping systems, and assisting machine operators during slower periods. You will perform all necessary functions related to shipping pull lists and operate sit-down forklifts. There is potential for cross-training in other departments.

Work Environment
The workplace is a clean, air-conditioned shop, part of a large contract job shop with about 140 employees on the manufacturing floor and a total of 250 employees in a 300,000 sq. foot facility. The company has been family-owned since 1947, providing a variety of services including rapid prototyping and metal fabrication. As a union shop, they offer a 3-month contract-to-union path. The first shift is from 7am-3pm, with training required on the first shift. Hours may adjust based on skill level and future needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
