**Job Title: Material Handler**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler responsible for the efficient shipping and receiving of domestic and international shipments. The role involves processing shipments and material transactions using an ERP system, organizing and maintaining inventory, and communicating with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders. You will also coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery, along with performing additional duties to support and maintain customer orders.
Responsibilities
+ Handle shipping and receiving for both domestic and international shipments.
+ Process shipments and material transactions in the ERP system.
+ Organize and maintain inventory and partially finished materials.
+ Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders.
+ Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery.
+ Perform additional material handling duties to support and maintain customer orders.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a regulated industry.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Team player with a strong focus on quality and passion for customer fulfillment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with UPS WorldShip, UPS Shipping, UPS System, FedEx, FedEx Shipping, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.
+ Medical device warehouse experience as most recent job is preferred.
+ Experience in receiving international and domestic shipments is preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
