Schedule: 1st Shift | 4-day workweek (occasional Fridays)

Looking for a hands-on role in a clean, modern facility with a global impact? Join our production team in DeWitt, IA, where we manufacture inspection equipment used in industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Energy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Mix and measure chemical raw materialsOperate and sanitize production equipmentTrack inventory and quality using Kanban and ISO proceduresMove materials with a forklift (training provided)Keep your workspace clean and organizedCollaborate with a supportive team and contribute ideas for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of manufacturing experience (chemical or batch mixing preferred)Ability to lift up to 55 lbsDetail-oriented and safety-focusedForklift experience is a plus (we’ll train you!)

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
