Job Description
This position involves preparing materials for shipment to customers, which includes building pallets and constructing wooden crates for the machinery/product to be shipped in. The role also requires driving a forklift to move products within the warehouse and performing other duties as needed to support the warehouse team.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare materials for shipment by building pallets and wooden crates.Ensure crating is specific to high-value products.Operate a forklift to move products within the warehouse.Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience driving a forklift.At least 1 year of experience in crating.A minimum of 2 years of experience with inventory management.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in warehouse operations.Familiarity with production and packing processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled and part of a union shop. Initial training is from 6 AM to 2:30 PM before transitioning to a permanent second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.70 - $24.70/hr.
