About the RoleWe’re seeking motivated and adaptable Material Handlers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role offers exposure to multiple departments and tasks, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to learn. While forklift operation may not be guaranteed, you’ll be trained and engaged in a wide range of material handling and logistics activities that are essential to our daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack items based on detailed pick sheetsUse RF scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracyBuild pallets and break down boxes for efficient shippingOperate manual and powered pallet jacks throughout the warehouseSafely drive various equipment including reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and tuggersLoad and unload trucks using lifts or manual equipmentSupport shipping and receiving operations, including ERP system (Epicor) usage and dock door coordinationCross-train with production teams as needed to support broader operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a warehouse or distribution centerAbility to work across multiple departments and adapt to changing tasksBasic computer literacy for inventory and ERP system useStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocolsPhysical stamina to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shiftPreferred Qualifications1+ year of forklift experience (reach truck, sit-down, stand-up, or tugger)Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systemsWillingness to cross-train in production or assembly rolesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay with shift differentialsOpportunities for advancement into supervisory and management rolesFast-paced, team-oriented environment with cross-training and skill developmentContract-to-hire pathway with long-term career potentialSupportive leadership and a culture of growthReady to take the next step in your logistics career?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
