Pay: $22-25/hr, depending on experience

Shift: M-F 12PM - 8 PM

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler responsible for managing shipping and receiving for both domestic and international shipments. The role includes processing shipments and material transactions in the ERP system, organizing and maintaining inventory, and communicating with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders. This position will coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely customer delivery and perform additional duties to support and maintain customer orders.

ResponsibilitiesManage shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments.Process shipments and material transactions in the ERP system.Organize and maintain inventory along with partially finished materials.Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders.Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to improve customer delivery.Perform additional Material Handler duties as needed to support and maintain customer orders.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a regulated industry.Prior experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Knowledge of UPS WorldShip, UPS shipping systems, FedEx, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL.Additional Skills & QualificationsMedical device warehouse experience is preferred.Experience receiving international and domestic shipments is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
