Our client, an industry leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Driver
**Location:** Elkhart, IN
**Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor and maintain PFS schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
+ Pull material for distribution from inventory and package as required by customer orders.
+ Load and unload freight in or around loading docks, ensuring accuracy in counts and weights.
+ Perform pre and post-load audits via barcode scanning to maintain inventory integrity.
+ Utilize various material handling equipment to efficiently manage warehouse operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum 1 year of pick-and-pack experience in a warehouse setting.
+ Minimum 4 years of fork-truck experience in production or warehouse settings.
+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
