No problem—we’ll train you!** **🕓 Schedule** + Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM **💵 Pay & Perks** + $21.70 per hour + Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire with proven attitude, effort, and attendance. + Paid holidays after meeting hour requirements. + Ability to wear one headphone after training. **🔧 What You'll Do** + Pick, receive, and organize parts in assigned locations + Perform labeling, kitting, picking, packing, and 5S safety tasks + Use pallet jacks and basic inventory tools + Work with a diverse team to meet daily goals + Identify and resolve safety concerns proactively **🎯 What We're Looking For** + High school diploma or GED (required) + Must pass a THC drug test + Willingness to learn—no prior experience needed! + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. infrequently, 30 lbs. regularly + Take 10-15K steps during your shift. + Strong attendance record and ability to work independently **🚜 Bonus Skills (not required)** + Experience with reach truck, scissor lift, or standing forklift + Familiarity with RF scanners, MS Office, Oracle, or electric pallet jacks **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.70/hr.
