**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team on a full-time basis during our first shift. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of warehouse operations. If you are punctual, communicative, diligent, and detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for your career. **Responsibilities** + Regularly lift 50+ pounds. + Fulfill production orders from the warehouse main location. + Pick and deliver parts as requested. + Identify and label materials, recording proper warehouse locations to maintain accurate inventory levels. + FedEx, UPS, and LTL Experience + Perform and report inventory cycle counts. + Conduct daily mail runs between buildings. + Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks, including preparing crates for finished assembled products. **Essential Skills** + Material handling equipment operation experience is strongly preferred. + Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Basic computer skills (email and typing). + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse Management System experience is helpful (Oracle knowledge is a plus). + Experience with SAP systems, packing, pallet jack operation, and RF scanners. + Self-motivation, energy, and agility. + Ability to climb a rolling ladder up to 14 feet. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy voluntary activities, a pleasant break room, and company lunches. This is a temp-to-hire position in a climate-controlled environment. **Work Environment** Work in a climate-controlled electronic manufacturing warehouse. The shift is from 7am to 5:30pm. The role involves minimal computer use, focusing on manual order picking without MRP systems. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
