**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** As a Utility Laborer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE and LOTOTO procedures. You will assist in operating, monitoring, and controlling various industrial plant equipment to process, screen, store, and load lime and hydrated lime products. Maintaining strong housekeeping standards and performing basic maintenance and lubrication of plant equipment will also be key responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Comply with safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE and LOTOTO. + Assist in operating, monitoring, and controlling industrial plant equipment. + Maintain clean work environment through manual cleanup activities. + Perform basic maintenance and lubrication of plant equipment. + Conduct visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of process equipment. + Operate a variety of mobile equipment. + Support plant operations by running hydrate and LLO as needed. + Communicate efficiently with plant supervision to report maintenance issues. + Backfill and assist other team members as required. + Work overtime and rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. **Essential Skills** + General labor + Machine operation + Forklift operation + High School Diploma or GED + Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime + Ability to follow directions and work well in a team **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing (preferred) + Previous experience in a plant environment + Successful completion of safety, health, and task training **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage from day one, along with a 401k plan with company match.
