We’re hiring a reliable and motivated Material Handler to support inventory, logistics, and production operations. If you’re experienced with forklifts, inventory systems, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and teamwork. ________________________________________ **What You’ll Do:** • Load/unload materials and move them to workstations • Maintain clean, organized job areas • Operate hand tools and forklifts safely • Pull inventory for assembly and manage stock levels • Perform cycle counts and use ERP systems • Support production teams and follow safety protocols ________________________________________ **What You Bring:** • 3+ years in warehouse, construction, or forklift roles • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) • Experience with inventory management and cycle counting • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 10-hour shifts • Positive, team-oriented attitude ________________________________________ **Perks & Benefits:** • $22–$26/hr based on experience • 4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri) • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Overtime opportunities • PTO, paid holidays, and 401k with match • Company-supplied tools • Growth and leadership opportunities in a startup-style environment **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
