Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes for document scanning, indexing, storage, and warehousing operations. You will oversee the receipt, organization, and tracking of physical documents and materials, ensuring seamless integration with digitization processes.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement efficient processes for document scanning, indexing, storage, and warehousing operations.Oversee the receipt, organization, and tracking of physical documents and materials.Establish and enforce quality control processes for document preparation, scanning, indexing, and capture.Demonstrate experience in setting up and scaling operations effectively.Essential SkillsExperience in document scanning, inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in a start-up environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in English.Data entry, scanning, clerical, inventory, logistics, administrative support.Experience with scanner, sorting, and scanning paper.General labor and forklift operation experience.Office support and customer service skills.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
