**Aerotek is Hiring a Material Handler** **Job Description** This role involves utilizing an overhead crane and operating a small forklift, specifically a stand-up Raymond reach forklift, for which a valid certification is required. You will also work with three machines for cutting materials and be responsible for scheduling with trucks. Training will be provided for CNC machines, overhead crane, and computer systems. **Pay** + $22.50-$25 **Shift** + Monday to Friday + 7am-3:30pm then 8am-4:30pm after 6 months **Responsibilities** + Operate overhead crane and stand-up Raymond reach forklift. + Manage three cutting machines effectively. + Conduct scheduling with trucks for material handling. + Train on CNC machines, overhead crane, and computer systems. + Ensure accurate measurement reading using tape measures. + Perform general labor and material handling tasks. **Essential Skills** + Positive attitude. + Valid forklift license. + Ability to pass a background check. + Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience. + 3-4 months of experience with any type of forklift. + Proficiency in reading measuring tape and operating overhead crane. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial metal handling is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy lunch on Fridays and quarterly team-building events, including Canucks game dinners.
