**Job Title: Material Handler** **Shift:** Mon - Fri 0900 AM - 5:00 PM **Wage:** $24/hr **Job Description** Join our small warehouse team as a material handler. You will be responsible for managing materials and products safely and efficiently in a dynamic warehouse environment. **Responsibilities** + Handle material and product in a safe and orderly manner. + Help prepare and package shipments using pallet wrapper and SDCB. + Move parts weighing up to 50lbs multiple times a day. + Stack and organize product in the warehouse. + Update inventory in ERP system. + Operate the sit-down machine for 20% to 60% of the day. + Pick parts according to order using required technology. + Pre-kit job/projects on schedule (e.g., Panels, Sheet metal, Fans, Electrical components). + Refill the flow rack and blue bins to support team assembly. + Work closely with the Production Supervisor to prepare for upcoming projects. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of recent warehouse experience, including order picking and operating a sit-down forklift. + 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience. + Ability to lift 50lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. + Excellent written and spoken English. + Strong computer skills and previous ERP experience. + Ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts. + Forklift certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Direct material handling experience in the same industry is a plus. + Manufacturing experience. + Pallet jack experience. + A great attitude and eagerness to learn. + Ability to share opinions and provide feedback. + Flexibility to perform other tasks or assist in different departments. + A strong sense of urgency. **Why Work Here?** We offer a range of benefits and opportunities for growth, including company team-building events, an employee stock option plan, health and dental benefit coverage, two weeks of paid vacation, a paid volunteer day, personal development and training opportunities, and an employee lunchroom. Expect a clean space with the sounds of machines operating but otherwise quiet. The warehouse maintains a room temperature. The team consists of 12 material handlers and 60 production staff. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break.
