**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading materials, transporting them to designated areas, and supporting production processes. You will also maintain a clean and organized yard, perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and equipment, follow all safety protocols, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a forklifts to transport large materials to production cells
+ Load and unload materials efficiently.
+ Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
+ Support production processes by pushing materials through the facility.
+ Maintain a clean and organized yard, ensuring materials are stored safely.
+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Assist with inventory management and record-keeping as needed.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
+ Kit parts using order sheets and forklift operations.
+ Input part numbers and IDs into the system.
**Essential Skills**
+ Forklift operation with at least 3 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment.
+ General labor skills related to loading, unloading, and material handling.
+ Experience in inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory control.
+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis.
+ Experience with sit-down forklifts and using tools like tape measures.
+ Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.

**Workplace Type**
