**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
The Material Handler will play a vital role in managing materials and merchandise within the warehouse. This position involves unloading materials from incoming vehicles and stacking them in designated locations. Additionally, the role requires assistance with inventory of raw materials, locating stock for storage or shipment, palletizing, and using a forklift to handle materials. Identifying damaged goods and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies are also part of the responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles.
+ Stack materials in assigned places within the warehouse.
+ Assist with inventory of raw materials.
+ Locate stock/products to storage or shipment areas.
+ Palletize materials.
+ Use forklift to grab materials.
+ Identify damaged goods.
+ Report shortages or quality deficiencies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Material handling experience.
+ Inventory management skills.
+ Palletizing expertise.
+ Experience with warehouse inventory.
+ Proficiency in operating a pallet jack.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift experience is a plus.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in material handling or warehouse operations.

**Work Environment**
Work in an expansive 80,000 square foot warehouse operating 24/7. The facility includes an enclosed cheese room where ingredients and machines are managed. Employees work 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotating schedule, with options for shifts from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The schedule includes two days on, three days off, followed by three days on and two days off.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
