As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Material Handler **Location:** Cypress, CA **Pay Range:** $18.00/Hour **What's the Job?** + Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications. + Communicate discrepancies between physical products and paperwork as needed. + Verify the accuracy of data and initiate corrections when necessary. + Coordinate special shipping and handling requests with the shipping department and other employees. + Prepare bills of lading and maintain documentation of goods shipped. **What's Needed?** + 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment strongly preferred. + Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office, QAD, Sales Force, Splunk, Endicia, and FedEx Manager is a plus. + Ability to read and comprehend English documents and communicate effectively. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
