Job Title: Material attendant

Location: Reedsville, PA

Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Thursday-Saturday and every other Sunday from 8 am to 8:15 pm3rd Shift: Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday from 8 pm to 8:15 am

Key Responsibilities:

High school degree or equivalent.Hands-on mechanical inclination.2 to 3 years of related material handling or production experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Ability to work 12-hour shifts.Experience with sit down and stand up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.Ability to handle tasks related to warehouse inventory, loading, packaging, and shipping.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43285.00 - $49234.00/yr.

- Benefits i.e. medical, dental, vision
- 401k company match is 6%
- Employees will receive 3.33 vacation hours on the 15th of every month (accrual will increase over time).
- Four days are set back for our shutdowns, Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
- Goal Sharing Plan – employees are eligible for up to 5% of annual earnings tied to safety, EBITA, and Days on Hand Performance.
