We’re looking for a **Cart Teardown & Repair Team Member** to help us recycle, repair, and restore shopping carts back to their best shape! **What You’ll Be Doing:** You'll play a key role in the cart restoration process, including: + Removing plastic parts and sorting wheels, casters, and components for recycling and reuse + Inspecting carts for damage to wires, tubes, and flat metal parts + Performing basic repairs on bent or broken components + Tagging carts for welding or further repair + Removing wheels and casters and staging carts for further processing + Reporting quantities and organizing components by model + Unloading trailers, sorting incoming carts, and operating equipment like the shot blaster and pressure washer + Spot welding as needed and keeping your workspace clean and safe **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED + Comfortable following instructions and working both independently and as part of a team + Basic mechanical understanding and willingness to learn new skills **Safety Comes First:** Eye, ear, foot, and protective clothing must be worn on the job.
