**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and motivated Material Handler to join our team. The role involves ensuring smooth operations within the plant by handling materials, assisting in various areas, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. **Responsibilities** + Follow all company policies. + Communicate effectively with peers, leads, and management. + Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees. + Display and encourage teamwork. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Perform and complete assigned work/projects accurately and successfully. + Assist in different areas of the plant. + Operate a forklift safely to transfer Bis-A Powder to the silo. + Accurately perform repetitive work as assigned by the Shift Supervisor while adhering to all plant safety guidelines and standards. + Clean, sweep, and paint throughout the plant, ensuring trash cans are emptied. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Experience in material handling, picking, and packing. + Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management. + Strong general labor skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to label finished goods and participate in production activities. + Capacity to work collaboratively and adapt to changing responsibilities. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values employee engagement and offers a robust benefits package including a 401k with company match, PTO, and sick days.
