**Job Title: Material Handler | $20-22+HR | 2nd or 3rd Shift** **Job Description** As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by supplying machines and work cells with necessary raw materials, retrieving and mixing resin materials, and handling various shipping and receiving tasks. **Responsibilities** + Supply production machines and work cells with raw materials. + Retrieve different resin materials. + Mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments according to supplied formulas. + Handle materials and manually switch over machines. + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of forklift experience. + Previous machine setup/changeover experience. + 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations. + Experience with inventory control and data entry. + Knowledge of FedEx shipping processes. + Experience with RF scanners and SAP systems. **Why Work Here?** This direct hire opportunity offers full benefits, vacation time, and attendance and bonus incentives, creating a rewarding and stable work environment. **Work Environment** Work in a clean, well-lit plastics facility where safety and efficiency are prioritized.
