Compiles data on order volume, production schedules and forecasts and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements. **What you will do** · Receives incoming materials and verifies the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders or delivery documentation. · Inspects materials for quality, damage, or any discrepancies, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel. · Stores and organizes materials in designated storage areas or shelves, ensuring accessibility and maintaining inventory accuracy. · Packages materials appropriately, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and adherence to safety guidelines. · Maintains accurate records of all materials received, stored, and distributed, updating inventory systems or logs as needed. · Collects requested materials from storage areas and prepares them for distribution or use as per specified requests. · Assists in inventory counts or audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify any discrepancies or shortages. · Communicates with internal teams or departments to coordinate material needs, delivery schedules, or any issues related to materials. · Adheres to established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols for handling and storing materials to ensure compliance and workplace safety. **Schedule** Monday-Thursday, 6: 15am -2: 45pm Central Saturday 7:30am-4pm Central Off Friday and Sunday **Required Qualifications** · 0-2 years work experience **Preferred Qualifications** · OSHA Safety Certificate preferred. **Education** · High School Diploma **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $28.84 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
