**Job Title: Material Coordinator** Job Description As a Material Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing inventory for the business. Your responsibilities will include ordering inventory from vendors, securing shipment arrival times, and managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products. You will also perform quality checks on stored inventory, update inventory counts, and maintain inventory records. Responsibilities + Order inventory from vendors and suppliers, securing shipment arrival times. + Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products. + Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard those not meeting company standards. + Update inventory counts and maintain inventory records for management and stakeholders. + Report discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft. + Implement loss prevention programs to prevent theft. + Obtain estimates and price details from vendors to compare costs. + Research product details and test new products for accuracy. Essential Skills + Experience with ERP systems. + Proficiency in inventory control and management. + Strong data entry skills. + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Proficiency in SAP. + Experience in record keeping and closing out production orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with ERP/SAP/ORACLE or inventory tracking/managing systems is preferred. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
