Job Title: Material Controller 

Location:  Georgetown KY 

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

What you'll do: 

Responsible for getting invoices from all suppliers. Confirming lot size and pricing of items being received. Creating receiving instructions. Tracking of incoming deliveries. Calculating and determining customer's orders. Creating outbound shipping instructions. Generating all customer-required labels or kanbans. Generating shipping paperwork (bill of ladings, packing slips, invoices, customs paperwork). Submission of advanced shipping notices. Participating in monthly inventory. Collecting and organizing all generated paperwork and timely submission to accounting. Creating work instructions sheets. Other duties and special projects as assigned.

What we need from you: 

Must be at least 18 years of age or over Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy Must have High school Diploma/Equivalent Must have 2 year previous Administrative experience  Must be Proficient with computers Must have Experience with Word/Excel  Must Understanding of Manufacturing and Accounting duties
