**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Personalized Patient Care:** Use your specialized knowledge to provide individualized care to your patients, making sure they receive the best treatment and education.
+ **Perform Procedures:** Provide treatments and perform medical procedures as needed to support patients in their care journey.
+ **Patient Assessments & Interventions:** Conduct thorough assessments and make interventions that improve patient outcomes. Work closely with the healthcare team to utilize all available resources.
+ **Educator Extraordinaire:** Lead education programs for patients, their families, and nursing staff, helping everyone feel informed, supported, and empowered.
**What You Need to Bring:**
+ **Education:** A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or an equivalent combination of ADN and relevant experience).
+ **Licensure:** Active RN license in the State of Missouri.
+ **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing area, bringing your skills to the forefront.
+ **Certifications:** Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
