**Job Title: Mat Roller** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Mat Roller responsible for inspecting cleaned customer floor mats for quality, safely operating a rolling machine to roll mats, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, sorting, and staging rolled mats for customer delivery. This role requires meeting or exceeding production standards for quantity and quality. **Responsibilities** + Inspect cleaned customer floor mats for quality assurance. + Safely operate rolling machines to roll mats efficiently. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. + Sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery. + Meet or exceed production standards for quantity and quality. + Perform loading and unloading duties from trucks to the warehouse. + Drive company trucks onsite to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products. + Load clean products onto trucks based on customer orders designed for each truck. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience. + Experience in production and warehouse environments. + Ability to handle loading and unloading duties. + Valid driver's license. + Authorization to work in the US. + Must be 18 years of age or older. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and elements. + Willingness to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. + Adherence to attendance policy. **Why Work Here?** Join a nationwide company known for promoting from within.
