Job DescriptionWork closely with all program resourcesInstrumental in the design, consolidation, and ongoing maintenance of the contract Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Integrate Change Requests to manage program activities within the new approved Baseline, including detailed schedules for the larger Change Requests and Modernization Projects.Drive relationships with Government contractors as a full participant in the weekly General Services Administration (GSA) Projects meetings. Coordinate weekly and monitor all ongoing and future construction activities that directly support our efforts.Work with program leads to establish contracts construction schedule anchor points in Integrated Master Schedule before implementation, further enabling monitoring, understanding, and briefing our customer on the impact of OGC schedule changes on contracts activities.Develop and submit the contracts IMS Deliverable to the Government and stakeholders monthly (IMS, IMS Briefing, four LTTL’s, and Acceptance/Rejection Form)Develop and submit four Long-Term Timeline charts monthly to the Government with an overall picture of the program’s progress and outlookDevelop and submit a supplemental mid-cycle IMS that provide updates to the schedule, as well as providing the IMS .mpp files from MS Project upon request.The IMS provides an integrated view of construction activity on Campus against all projects under the contract, and detailed progress by project against contract completion. Support Government decision-making on the contract Task Order  Develop and maintain an analytical report of the impact of scheduling changes from all OGCs affecting the contract for the customer. Convene an IMS Review monthly with Government stakeholders to mutually review and discuss the IMS contents and critical path analysis of each project.After each monthly review, provide IMS Meeting Minutes to the customer to capture key discussion and actions from the meeting.

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science and/or experience in lieu of education.Experience: 10+ years of related experienceSecurity clearance level: Top Secret; Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD (Entry on Duty)US citizenship requiredMust be able to work onsite
