This role will lead and manage a team of master production schedulers responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient schedules across multiple manufacturing sites. Individual and team plans and controls master scheduling activities, and as required personally schedule one or more sites. Balancing production with inventory requirements, as well as optimizing capacity utilization via capacity planning are core responsibilities of role. Strategic input during monthly flash and annual budgeting process is required. The individual is tasked with recruiting, developing, and leading talent to support business objectives.
