Master Production Scheduler

Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Master Production Scheduler to join our team in Richmond, VA. Relocation assistance within the US will be provided.

 

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.

This position will be responsible for planning and customer support related to all Eaton Richmond business with a focus on our growing Data Center product lines.  The Master Scheduler will support the coordination of customer orders, manufacturing and delivery schedules, service issues and other customer concerns.  The Master Scheduler coordinates with the manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, customer service, project management and product line teams to schedule orders and provide post order support to customers. 

What you’ll do: Develop and manage production schedules for finished goods and sub-assemblies, ensuring alignment with demand, capacity, and business priorities.Monitor and resolve supply-demand imbalances, adjust capacity and product mix, and drive corrective actions to maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD).Maintain data integrity in planning systems, update parameters, and ensure accurate forecasting for units, dollars, and lead times.Optimize inventory and product lifecycle, including phase-in/phase-out decisions, to minimize obsolescence and support new launches.Communicate and collaborate across functions and with customers to manage order status, resolve issues, and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.Lead and develop team members, supporting hiring, training, performance evaluations, and personnel decisions.Other duties as assigned.Basic (Required) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of three (3) years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or a combination of those functionsEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
