Master Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Master Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Master Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Master Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Vancouver, WA
**Pay Range:** $42.26 to $44.00 per hour
**Shift:** Day Shift 7am-5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
+ Develop and implement maintenance programs to optimize equipment availability.
+ Diagnose failures and perform troubleshooting on machinery and electrical systems.
+ Follow safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
+ Assist engineers in diagnosing problems and suggest corrective actions.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or vocational certificate preferred.
+ Five (5) to seven (7) years of industrial experience.
+ PLC experience and three-phase electrical knowledge required.
+ Good oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
