***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under the supervision of the Facilities Operation & Maintenance – Electrical Supervisor, the Master Electrician & Foreman will assist the electrical supervisor in the execution and delivery of extensive technical services related to Facilities Maintenance for the electrical distribution systems and facilities (LV and ELV) across multiple locations within the V2X account, particularly at Agila Shipyard Subic, located in Subic Bay Freeport, Philippines. This position entails the engagement of maintenance, safety, quality, and compliance considerations to guarantee that all electrical systems and facilities adhere to organizational standards, thereby ensuring a safe and functional environment for both employees and clients. Tasked with engagement in electrical systems & facility operations, preventive maintenance, repair, & system improvement activities in accordance with the LOGCAP V contract to guarantee safety, quality, compliance, and mission preparedness. Serve in the capacity of an Assistant or Deputy Electrical Supervisor when the Electrical Supervisor is unavailable, fulfilling the associated roles and responsibilities.

+ Leading all the electricians to Install, maintain, and repair/troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to guarantee safe and dependable operation.
+ Leading all the electricians to perform routine evaluations, inspections of electrical systems and oversee maintenance timelines in conducting preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems to reduce downtime.
+ Leading all the electricians to conduct inspections and monitoring programs for equipment; establishes and applies optimal maintenance practices to enhance the overall uptime of electrical & mechanical equipment. Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
+ Leading all the electricians for Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify electrical issues and carry out routine maintenance, which includes testing and replacing faulty components. Resolving electrical problems and implementing solutions to correct issues. Assess major system failures and equipment malfunctions and execute repairs and maintenance on electrical devices.Reviewing finished work and diagnosing electrical problems. Expertise in different electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting systems, low voltage systems, and extra low voltage systems.
+ Leading all the electricians to ensure the upkeep of all electrical system building infrastructure and compliance documentation, which includes current electrical system building drawings and single line diagrams, along with the necessary documentation required to uphold regulatory compliance with Federal, State, or Local laws.
+ Leading all the electricians to ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, while offering training and guidance to personnel. It is essential to guarantee that all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies. This includes performing regular safety inspections, recognizing potential hazards, establishing safety procedures, and providing staff training.
+ Leading all the electricians for Safety and Risk Management Compliance: It is essential to ensure that all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies. This includes performing regular safety inspections, recognizing potential hazards, establishing safety procedures, and participating in training for electrical staff.
+ Leading all electricians to ensure meticulous documentation of electrical systems, operational facilities, and maintenance activities, including work orders, time sheets, and equipment maintenance logs. Accurately record maintenance activities and inspections of equipment.
+ Required to track electrical maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and technical manual, e.g. electrical panels, transformers, diesel generator testing and serviced periodically and shall be inputted into a database such as IBM Maximo. All work described herein shall be performed within the specifications outlined in the SOW.

Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications:
+ Must possess a valid license as a Registered Master Electrician (RME).
+ Required TESDA Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC-2 Certification.
+ Required level 1 Thermographer qualifications and have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in conducting Annual Electrical Thermal Scanning inspections, testing, and corrective maintenance.
+ Required Aerial & Scissor Lift or Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Certification and Training.
+ Required BOSH, COSH, DOLE SO1, or SO2 qualifications.
+ TESDA Scaffolding Erections & Scaffolding Works NC-2 Certification is an advantage.
+ Possessing OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or Fire Safety qualifications is an advantage.
+ Possess valid PH driving license (Code B or B1)
+ Must be Filipino Citizen
+ Experience:
+ Required to possess appropriate knowledge and experience in Facilities Operation and Maintenance Management.
+ Required a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Electrical Systems and Facilities, electrical installation, construction, and preventive/corrective maintenance whether locally or internationally.
+ Knowledge & Experience in MEP, & HVAC systems is an advantage.
+ Having a strong background in electrical systems and the operation, maintenance, & troubleshooting of facilities, including various electrical equipment such as distribution transformers, generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), low voltage and extra low voltage main distribution boards (MDB), sub-main distribution boards (SMDB), final distribution boards (FDBs), electrical control panels, cables/wirings, lighting systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), relays, contactors, circuit breakers (including VCB, MCCB, MCB, RCB, and RCBO), isolators, lightning arresters, earthing or grounding systems, motors, pumps, FDAS, & Door Access Controls is essential. It is crucial to recognize that having knowledge and experience with Annual Electrical Shutdown Activities (including high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage electrical systems), as well as PTW, MOS, HIRAC, & LOTO procedures, is considered.
+ Required experience in overseeing the electrical systems and facilities of a shipyard, drydock, or critical environment such as power plants, substations, military or data centers.
+ Possessing expertise in Energy Management and Sustainability initiatives is an advantage.
+ Required experience in using Maximo, for the creation and tracking of service/work orders.
+ Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English.
+ Capability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
+ Skills:

+ Basic knowledge of Maximo and Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Suite
+ Working Conditions:
+ The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
+ The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
+ The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs.; Work will require walking up and down stairs, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
