**CTG is seeking to fill a Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant – Healthcare position for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 11 months
**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced MDM Consultant to design and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on improving data quality, governance, and integration to deliver a single, trusted view of critical business and clinical data that supports operations, analytics, and data science initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, implement, and support enterprise MDM solutions and data models
+ Establish and enforce data governance, standards, and quality controls
+ Integrate and synchronize master data across multiple source systems
+ Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and ongoing quality monitoring
+ Partner with business, clinical, analytics, and IT stakeholders to prioritize MDM initiatives
+ Support reporting, analytics, and data science with reliable, high-quality data
+ Lead change management and drive organizational adoption of MDM practices
**Required Skills:**
+ Strong experience with Master Data Management and data governance
+ Healthcare industry experience
+ Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, SAP MDG, or similar)
+ Data integration/ETL and data modeling experience
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Experience supporting analytics or data science environments
**Experience:**
+ 7+ years in data management, MDM, or enterprise data initiatives
+ Proven experience implementing MDM in a healthcare setting
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
