Master Data Analyst | Fixed-Term Position

This role involves collaborating with the business process owners to assist data collection, management, reporting and analysis to ensure effective business operation. + **Data Governance:** Execute Data Governance and sustainability initiatives with various functions. + Demonstrate knowledge of critical DM practices and ways of working to deliver business outcomes aligned with the MasterData governance strategy. + Assist in applying and implementing data standards, guidelines, and ownership, ensuring data quality and compliance. + **Data Management Operation:** Validate requests for domain-specific Master Data Operations, including creation, extension, and changes, and liaise between these requests and the back office to ensure high performance in the process. + Maintain and improve key performance indicators (TAT,SLA, Data, Quality,-KRIs.etc.) and collaborate with others business areas to identify and resolve issues or gaps in the process flow. + Add value to the MasterData business operation and ensure end-to-end MasterData commitments are met within Mondelez. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Serve as primary contact for business functions, data owners and data consumers, ensuring smooth end-to-end Master Data flow processes. + **Strategic Planning:** Strategically drive and support business projects, promoting digitization adoption.
