Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with brick, block, stone, and concrete, and be capable of performing a variety of masonry tasks with precision and efficiency. This role involves both new construction and repair work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:Lay and align bricks, blocks, and stones to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structuresMix and apply mortar, grout, and concreteCut and shape materials using hand and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsEnsure structures are level, plumb, and properly alignedMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with other trades and follow project timelinesFollow all OSHA and company safety protocolsQualifications:Proven experience as a Mason or similar roleFamiliarity with bricklaying, blockwork, stonework, and concrete finishingAbility to read and interpret construction plansPhysical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various conditionsAttention to detail and strong craftsmanshipReliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with rebar tying and formworkKnowledge of historic restoration techniquesAbility to operate masonry saws, mixers, and scaffolding systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
