**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with brick, block, stone, and concrete, and be capable of performing a variety of masonry tasks with precision and efficiency. This role involves both new construction and repair work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lay and align bricks, blocks, and stones to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures
+ Mix and apply mortar, grout, and concrete
+ Cut and shape materials using hand and power tools
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
+ Ensure structures are level, plumb, and properly aligned
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Collaborate with other trades and follow project timelines
+ Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
+ Familiarity with bricklaying, blockwork, stonework, and concrete finishing
+ Ability to read and interpret construction plans
+ Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
+ Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship
+ Reliable transportation and punctuality
**Preferred Skills (Optional):**
+ Experience with rebar tying and formwork
+ Knowledge of historic restoration techniques
+ Ability to operate masonry saws, mixers, and scaffolding systems

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
