**What's the role?**
As a **MarTech Executive** , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, data-driven marketing campaigns across the business. You’ll be responsible for the technical build, execution and optimisation of marketing activity, supporting News Australia advertiser & agency events, newsletters and always-on programs while ensuring accuracy, scalability and best- practice use of our marketing technology stack.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on execution, working closely with stakeholders and bringing campaigns to life through strong technical delivery.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide end-to-end MarTech support across key initiatives, including National Events, Industry Newsletters and the Voice of Client program. This includes building registration journeys, campaign assets and post-campaign nurture activity.
+ Work closely with Content, Sales and Creative teams to translate campaign requirements into effective technical solutions that drive engagement and measurable results.
+ Build and deploy responsive emails, forms, landing pages and lists using reusable templates to ensure brand consistency, efficiency and speed to market.
+ Create and maintain Campaign Member reports and dashboards, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into engagement, performance and ROI.
+ Act as an internal specialist for Account Engagement (Pardot), supporting troubleshooting, QA, and adherence to data, build, and governance standards.
**Required Technical Skills**
+ Experience building emails, forms, lists and basic Engagement Studio programs.
+ Ability to manage static and dynamic lists, including segmentation and suppression logic.
+ Understanding of Campaigns, Campaign Members, and Lead/Contact data structures.
+ Experience with Splash, Unbounce, or similar landing page builders is highly desirable.
**Who are you?**
+ Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and prioritiessimultaneously.
+ Strong focus on accuracy, QA and data integrity.
+ Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and reduce manual processes.
+ Confident working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Content,and Creative.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or a juniorMarTech role.
+ Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. SalesforceCRM, Pardot:Account Engagement, HubSpot, or Marketo)
+ Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistently in a busy environment.
