You will oversee a team with responsibility for coordinating, executing, and controlling data management, reporting and analytical support  for the business. You will partner with stakeholders to understand key initiatives and business process changes and provide pertinent, timely, and actionable management information on a scheduled as well as ad-hoc basis 

How you will contribute 

You will: 

In partnership with senior leadership and Global KPI owners , design and drive the adoption of KPIs in relation to safety, quality, engagement and plant performance.  

Define, lead & communicate the IL6S roadmap for the Marlbrook site, with focus on key deliverables in each pillar.  

Develop training and coaching sessions to others on the IL6S roadmap.  

Be responsible for alignment/escalations stakeholders onsite.  

Own KPIs & Tools standards documentation, audits and change management process 

Be the point of contact, escalation and resolution; ‘knocking down’ any barriers to success or progress.  

Drive people development & engagement.  

What you will bring 

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: 

IL6S/RTS or continuous improvement project experience 

Problem Solving through collaborative working.  

Experience in AM/PM, 5S, E&T and Centre lining IL6S principals & visualization tools 

Proven experience in people engagement and development.  

Business acumen 

Creativity, positivity and a positive approach to change.
