WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Marketplace Media Lead, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving the regional media strategy and tactics. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, taking part in driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work by driving marketplace media strategy from a regional perspective, setting regional budget, tactics & relevant media agency relationships to drive customer, brand and sales goals with emphasis on digital growth.
You have strong commercial focus, customer-focused, and strong interest in customer behavior and sales drivers, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You connect with teams through an insight-driven approach with high strategic and operational competence in all media channels and touchpoints. You are excellent at effectively managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
You are responsible for proposing marketplace media directions, securing marketplace sync and alignment of all customer communication touchpoints within media, based on global media strategy and regional/local customer & media insightsSecure media communications plan set in line with customer goals, target audiences and media channel guidelines by setting and driving optimal media mix and maximizing media efficiency across paid reach, performance and owned media.Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces and specialized niche platforms, and its intricacies of each platform, including their algorithms, advertising options, and best practices for product listings and optimization.Make data-driven decisions based on analysis on market growth potential to enable trade-offs in the long- vs short-term media customer activation budget.Identify and drive customer growth potential, infusing insight into media investment tactics.Please refer to the attached role description for further details

To be successful in the role as Marketplace Media Lead, you should have strong commercial focus and proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You connect with teams through an insight-driven approach with high strategic and operational competence in all media channels and touchpoints. You are an experienced manager in leading media teams and have a proven track record of achieving both short and long-term results.
Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualificationsExtensive knowledge of Marketplaces and other relevant performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display)Good understanding of SEO, paid search & keyword optimizationStrategic experience of digital channels and their role in customer acquisition & retentionOperative performance channels experience and knowledge of ad platforms tools and systemsAt least 5-7 years of working experience in above areasPlease refer to the attached role description for further details
