The Marketing Technology Systems Engineers provide the support and services for all of marketing to meet the growing demand of our customers. Your skills include in-depth knowledge of processes to identify areas of improvement, developing applications to streamline tasks into simplified solutions, and the management and training for our marketing-wide solutions. You will be key in delivering on strategic objectives and ensuring our associates are equipped with the knowledge to successfully use the tools provided in marketing. As Marketing Technology Engineers, you’ll gain an advanced understanding of marketing, the creative process, and how Marketing Operations supports each area.
In Publix’s corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix’s corporate offices offer work from home up to two days a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews.
Responsible for:
Manage technology applications supporting Marketing department operations throughout their lifecycles (from procurement to implementation and maintenance). Manage vendor relationships to support application maintenance, issue resolution, release scheduling, and continuous improvement efforts to best meet current and future Marketing needs for Software as a Service (SaaS) based applications on release schedules.Consult with Marketing associates to identify the need for process improvements and work efficiencies. Design, develop, execute, and document solutions leveraging technology applications. Provide ongoing support to ensure effectiveness and optimize as needed.Ensure adherence to Publix Office 365 governance, security, and design policies for all work outputs. Develop standard operating procedures and implement Marketing associate training Engage with external partners (IS, ISTS) for large scale projects which impact more than one business area.Partner with the Apple Systems Engineering team to manage all Apple products, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
